About the Beach
Kudle Beach is Gokarna's most accessible and popular beach, featuring a wide crescent bay backed by hills and coconut palms. The beach has a laid-back, backpacker-friendly atmosphere with numerous shacks and budget stays lining the cliff above. It's the starting (or ending) point of the famous Gokarna beach trek to Om, Half Moon, and Paradise beaches. The wide stretch of golden sand is ideal for sunset walks, beach volleyball, and yoga. The southern end has rocks ideal for sitting and watching the waves. Kudle retains a more relaxed feel compared to the busier Om Beach.
